Your club delegates have spoken! – At DCON 2009 held from February 15-17 in Winnipeg, delegates from the University of Alberta, University of Manitoba, and other delegates-at-large, elected the new District Board for 2009-2010.

The District Governor for 2009-2010 will be Louis Bayes. He is well versed in the functions of the District Board, having been Lieutenant Governor Division 2, and the current Secretary-Treasurer. The District Secretary-Treasurer will be Andrew Locke, who also served on the District Board this year as Lieutenant Governor Division 1.

Currently, there are openings at the Lieutenant Governor positions for both Divisions. If you know of anyone that would like to fill those positions, send an e-mail to Louis Bayes. If we have no takers on the lieutenant governor positions, a council of club presidents would be used.
